Twelve venues, one family – where taste, hospitality, and good times connect South Tyrol and Veneto.
 

Our journey began in Lagundo, with the very first Römerkeller: the root and symbol of our identity. A special place belongs to Römerkeller Corso, known to everyone as “the Conca”: not just a restaurant, but a family legacy that still lives on, with a new name yet the same authentic soul.

 

From there we grew, creating different venues yet united by the same philosophy: from the contemporary flavors of Litalissimo to the warm welcome of Cavallino S’Rössl, and the Römerkeller restaurants of Merano, Bolzano, Carezza, Obereggen, Riscone, Scena – all the way to Padua. Twelve experiences, twelve ways to live the same passion.

High up in the mountains, the magic continues: at the Obertierscheralm in Carezza, the Dolasilla in Riscone, and the Platzl in Obereggen you’ll find authentic Alpine flavors and tradition. And when the sun sets, the party starts at LOOX – the coolest club in the mountains.
